Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities at UK ETA Express. We offer refunds based on the current status of your UK ETA application at the time your refund request is received. Please review the eligibility criteria below.

Refund Eligibility by Application Status

Your eligibility for a refund depends on how far along your application is in the processing pipeline. All refund tiers below apply equally to Standard, Priority, and Express processing times.

100% Refund — Application Not Yet Reviewed

A full refund of your processing fee is available if your application has not yet been reviewed by our team. This applies when your application status is:

75% Refund — Application Under Review

A partial refund of 75% of the processing fee is available if our team has begun reviewing your application but it has not yet been submitted. This applies when your application status is:

No Refund — Application Submitted or Completed

No refund is available once your application has been submitted to the government or a final decision has been made. This applies when your application status is:

Please note: If the government denies your application, a refund will not be issued as our processing service has been fully delivered. The denial is a decision made by the UK government and is outside of our control.

How to Request a Refund

If your order is eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page.
  2. Provide the email address associated with your order.
  3. If you have multiple orders, specify which order you would like refunded (include your reference number if available).
  4. Provide your reason for requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.

When Will the Refund Appear in Your Account?

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 14 business days (Monday through Friday) for the refund to appear in your account.

Once we approve your refund, the funds are released immediately to your payment provider. If you do not see the refund in your account after 14 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer.
